Android lollipop 5.0.2 update got a serious bug of not connecting to some specific routers. And this is related to it's frequency as far I have dug into the matter.
It's been 1 fu***n week I was banging my head over my phone. Why the f**k it's not connecting to my work router but playing nicely with my Home wifi.
Today Plan-B worked for me..
So, here's simple Plan-B.
1. Turn on your fu***n wifi.. :D
2. From the top 3 dots (settings) tap on "Add network".
3. Enter exact name of the wifi into Network Name.
4. Select exact security type (most of them use WPA/WPA2 PSK).
5. Most important Enter exact password and Save it.
6. Now, let the wifi ON and wait for it to connect any time while you are su***ng Lollipop.. ;)
Worked for me on my Moto G 1st Gen- Lollipop 5.0.2..
Let me know in comments if you need any help with the steps.
